- The building has five or more units.
- You are willing to allow program staff to review the energy bills for the building.

- Complete energy assessments and specific energy-efficiency recommendations.
- Assistance coordinating tax benefits and energy credits.
- Construction oversight and bid package review.
- Annual reports on energy performance.
- Technical assistance, financing and construction oversight, all in a one-stop shop.
