Challenges & Lessons Learned: 
  • It is extremely important to involve the LEED commissioning agent early on in the development to facilitate achieving the rating desired for your project.  If an agent is brought in later in the process it could require changing plans that have already been made to meet the specifications for your desired LEED rating.
